Cara L. Speier, DO, FACOOG

Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Medical Director of Lifecycles OB/GYN, PC
Dr. Speier is the Medical Director of Lifecycles OB/GYN, PC since 2001 and serves as the Vice Chair
for the Department of OB/GYN.
Dr. Speier served as the former Co-Chair of the Quality Improvement Patient Safety Committee at Corewell Health Farmington Hills, Policy Chair of the Procedures Committee at Corewell Health Farmington Hills, and Physician Chair of the Governing Board of the Novi Surgery Center.
Dr. Speier graduated from Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994.
She completed her Traditional Internship and Residency in OB/GYN at Corewell Health formerly Botsford Hospital.
Dr. Speier is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Medical Association, and the American Osteopathic Association.
She is a member of the clinical teaching faculty for the OB/GYN Residency Program at Corewell Health Farmington Hills.
Margi Birt
Practice Administrator
Margi serves as the Office Practice Manager and Telemedicine Director managing the daily operations of our medical office. She works directly with Dr. Speier to facilitate patient flow. Margi additionally serves as the Patient Concierge to directly assist patients with their healthcare.
Margi has been on staff at Lifecycles OB/GYN, PC since 2002.
Margi has 20+ years of experience in medical office management and medical billing and coding. She is a graduate of Schoolcraft College.
Ruth Ann Wheatley
Clinical Director
Ruth Ann serves as the Clinical Director of Lifecycles OB/GYN, PC.
She oversees all aspects of our office lab assuring quality control and facilitates specimen collection and processing of lab samples.
Ruth Ann assists Dr. Speier on patient exams and with in office procedures. Ruth Ann graduated from Ross Medical Center and is a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been on staff since 2010.
Adrianna Soto, RDMS/RDCS
Certified Ultrasound Sonographer
Adriana performs Pelvic, Transvaginal, Bladder and Abdominal Ultrasounds. She works with Dr. Speier to perform Saline Infusion Sonograms in our office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. She graduated from University of Miami/JMH from the School of Ultrasound. Adriana
has 25+ years of experience in OB/GYN Ultrasound and Women's Health. She is bilingual in Spanish and serves as our office translator.
